A dramatic late winner from Udinesee defender William Troost-Ekong snatched victory for Nigeria in their Africa Cup of Nations semi-final against South Africa.
Samuel Chukwueze had put the Super Eagles ahead only for Bongani Zungu to equalise for the South Africans with a strike that was rightly shown to be onside by a VAR review. This marked the first time the technology - introduced at the quarter-final stage - has been used in the competition's history.
Cue the late dramatics from Troost-Ekong, who bundled home a close-range winner to send Nigeria into the last four.
The Super Eagles will now face Ivory Coast or Algeria on Sunday (20:00 BST).
Senegal, who beat Benin 1-0 earlier on Wednesday thanks to a Gana Gueye goal, play either Madagascar or Tunisia in Sunday's first semi-final.
