Wolves, Celtic and Rangers all bagged impressive Europa League wins on a famous night for British sides in Europe.

          Qualified sides from tonight's games:

          Manchester United

Wolves left it latest of the British sides, with Raul Jiminez’ stoppage time header continuing his extraordinary European scoring run, moving Wolves within touching distance of qualifying from the group stages.

Jimenez’ goal is his fourth in five games and his eighth of his Europa campaign this season. The win over Slovan Bratislava moves Wolves five points clear of the Slovakians, and one behind Braga who beat Besiktas; meaning the top two have all but qualified for the knock-out stages.

In Rome, Lazio look seventh minute lead in a heated affair against Celtic through Ciro Immobile, but James Forrest looked to have increased the away sides chances of getting a result before the break. However, deep into stoppage-time, Olivier Ntcham bagged the win for Celtic in a huge result against a strong Italian side.

The win leaves Celtic a point ahead of CFR Cluj, who beat Rennes, in Group E, securing progress with two games to spare in a euphoric night for Neil Lennon’s side.

And it didn’t finish there for Scottish success, as Rangers bagged a 2-0 home win over European stalwarts Porto, with second-half goals from Alfredo Morelos and Steven Davis moving Steven Gerrard’s side onto seven points in Group G. They move level with Young Boys at the top of the group, who drew 1-1 with Feyenoord leaving the Dutch side and Porto three points behind the leaders.

Sevilla qualified for the knock-out stages with four wins from four, the only perfect record left in the competition, in a game that featured a hat-trick from Munir El Haddadi, and two goals from Munas Dabour in a 5-2 win over Luxembourg’s Dudelange.

Fellow Spanish outfit Espanyol notched a huge 6-0 win over Ludogorets to qualify as did Basel beating Getafe 2-1, while there were big victories for Borussia Monchengladbach and Istanbul Basakshir in a competative Group J.
