The only complete groups are Group A containing Italy, Switzerland, Turkey and Wales, and Group B which contains Belgium, Russia, Denmark and Finland.
The cross-continent tournament begins on June 12th with Italy hosting Turkey in Rome, while England begin their campaign against at Wembley against Croatia two days later.
