Leicester made it three defeats in their past five as Burnley came back from a goal down to win at Turf Moor and move five points clear of the relegation zone.
Leicester dominated the first half, with Harvey Barnes looking dangerous before taking the ball from the halfway line to finish past Nick Pope and give his side a deserved 33rd minute lead.
The Foxes had even more chances either side of half-time, as a Burnley side who were two points off the bottom three looked well short of ideas.
However, Burnley found a way back into the game in trademark fashion with Chris Wood bundling home a corner 10 minutes after the break.
Barnes continued to look dangerous and was brought down in the area in blatant fashion by Burnley captain Ben Mee, but Pope saved superbly from Jamie Vardy’s penalty.
And with just over 10 minutes to play, Jonny Evans made an uncharacteristic error, botching a clearance that Ashley Westwood swept home for the winner.
Leicester’s gap to exiting the top four still stands at a considerable 11 points, but they’re in serious danger of losing control, with half of their six losses this season coming in the last five games.
Burnley, meanwhile, end a run of four straight defeats, but were once again easily dominated by their opponents in chances and possession.
