Playmaker's Top Drawer this week showcases the best strikes from the Premier League and the Championship - and also switches briefly to Turin to catch up on the exploits of a Premier League legend...

Kalvin Phillips (Leeds United) v Blackburn Rovers

Leeds United bolstered their position at the top of the Championship with a 3-1 victory at Blackburn Rovers; it was an important victory for Marcelo Bielsa's side - and a stylish one, thanks to Kalvin Phillips' superb, curling free-kick.

      Said Benrahma (Brentford) v Wigan

Benrahma's form since the Championship return has been magnificent and on Saturday he became the first player in the top two tiers to hit multiple hat-tricks this season. The Algerian forward's second goal was perhaps the most eye-catching - his touch, his ability to stand defenders up and go by them. The goal itself is one to be filed under 'Probably Didn't Mean It'...but with the form Benrahma's in at the moment, you can't rule out the audacious.

Anthony Martial (Manchester United) v Bournemouth

Anthony Martial seems to finally be stamping his authority at Old Trafford - and his 20th goal of the season was a beauty. Bruno Fernandes found Martial on the left, and the French international did the rest: cutting inside and curling a glorious shot into the top corner. With Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood also flying at the moment, United have the makings of a formidable attack.

Che Adams (Southampton) v Manchester City

Man City have blown hot and cold all season and a 1-0 defeat to Southampton, after midweek victory against Liverpool, typified their inconsistency. The goal that took City down was a peach though: Che Adams sensing opportunity and lobbing home from distance. Adams' goal was the 11TH the Saints have scored from outside the box this season; only their vanquished opponents City have scored more from long range.

      Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus) v Torino

We've become used to Cristiano Ronaldo scoring free-kicks during his time at Manchester United and Real Madrid, as well as for Portugal, but he'd fallen upon hard times from set-pieces in recent times. However, his famous "Tomahawk" free-kicks were back in business last weekend in the Turin derby, the 35-year-old's powerful dead-ball strike nestling in the top locker to end a dismal run of 42 failed attempts. "Viva Ronaldo..."
