One of the most chaotic Saturdays of the Football League season saw huge wins at the top and bottom, and Playmaker is here to guide you through the key results...
Swansea: Ending a four-game losing streak Swansea bounce back in emphatic fashion by thumping Millwall 3-0. With two goals from Jamal Lowe and one from Andre Ayew, the pair could be a massive threat in the play-offs.
Birmingham: Lee Bowyer’s decision to leave Charlton for Birmingham looked slightly questionable, but with another win, this time a 2-0 against Stoke, safety is looking closer.
Bolton: Solidifying their automatic promotion birth, Bolton dispatch Harrogate with goals from Lloyd Isgrove and yet another from Eoin Doyle.
Wimbledon: Scoring five away league goals for the first time in a decade, Wimbledon give themselves plenty of encouragement in the League One relegation run-in by spanking Accrington 5-1.
Forest Green: With five losses and a draw in their last six, Forest Green’s slide from the top three continues with a 2-1 loss against Walsall pushing them down to sixth in League Two.
Middlesbrough: As good as ending their play-off hopes, Middlesbrough fall 2-0 away at Barnsley in a crunch match that leaves them 11 points from the top six.
Wycombe: Building up a head of steam with back-to-back wins, Wycombe looked to be moving all the way up to 22nd with an Anis Mehmeti opener against Luton, but three goals in the last 10 minutes from the Hatters virtually ended any hopes of survival.
Cambridge: Losing top spot in League Two, Cambridge fall 4-1 to Exeter and may well have had their well-earned confidence knocked.
Doncaster: Dropping down to mid-table after previously leading League One, Doncaster’s post-Darren Moore blues continue with a four-game losing streak after a 4-1 loss to Wigan.
