Brentford are close to completing the signing of Freiburg goalkeeper Mark Flekken.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Dutch shot-stopper has already completed a medical with the West London club with the £11-million deal expected to be confirmed soon.
Dutch international Flekken arrived at Freiburg from MSV Duisburg in 2018 and has gone on to feature 96 times for Breisgau-Brasilianer after becoming the first-choice goalkeeper for the 2021/22 season.
The arrival of Flekken will fuel speculation of the imminent departure of David Raya. The Spaniard is said to have plenty of interest from clubs including Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
