Reading and Cardiff City did not go beyond a tie

Reading and Cardiff City drew 1x1 in their match on Friday, in game related to round 42. Before this Matchday, Reading's team came from a defeat, and Cardiff's team came from a draw. Yakou Meité was decisive with 1 goal. In the starting XI there was Alex Smithies, Aden Flint, Curtis Nelson, Perry Ng, Tom Sang, Joe Ralls and Marlon Pack.
