Roma defeated by Torino

Torino defeated Roma, 3x1, on Sunday, in the 31st round. In this competition, both teams came from a win.

The first goal was scored by Borja Mayoral early on, with a right-foot shot inside the penalty area. With this goal, Borja Mayoral recorded his fifteen goal this season.

After 57 minutes, Tonny Sanabria struck for Torino, through a header, assisted by Cristian Ansaldi. With 71 minutes on the clock, Simone Zaza fired home Davide Nicola's team's second goal, with a left-foot strike inside the box. After seeing his second yellow card in the 85th minute, Amadou Diawara was sent off and left Roma with 10-man.  Tomás Rincón netted the last goal in the final minutes of the game with a right-foot strike.

After the result Roma is 7th in the table, 54 points, while Torino occupy 15th place, 31 points. Next up, Torino's team will play away against Bologna. Meanwhile, Roma's team will play at home against Atalanta.
