Tottenham defeated Liverpool in a win on Friday, 4x1, in the match for the 25th round. To this Matchday, London's team came from a defeat, and Liverpool's team came from a draw. Elliot Thorpe made a tremendous game.
The first goal was scored by Elliot Thorpe after 16 minutes. In the 18th minute, i fired home Tottenham's second goal, laid on by Jamie Bowden.
After 55 minutes, Paul Glatzel struck for Liverpool. With 66 minutes on the clock, Alfie Devine struck for Wayne Burnett 's team, assisted by Dilan Markanday. In time added on, o scored the last goal of the match, laid on by J´neill Lloyd-Bennett.
After the result Tottenham is 3rd in the table, 38 points, while Liverpool occupy 6th place, 34 points. Next up, London's team will play away against Manchester City, whilst Liverpool's team will host Leicester City.
