Escócia edged past Israel

Escócia beat Israel, 3x2, on Saturday, on matchday 7. To this Matchday, Steve Clarke's team came from two wins, and Willi Ruttensteiner's team came from a defeat. In the starting XI there was Andrew Robertson, Kieran Tierney, Scott McTominay, John McGinn, Billy Gilmour, Lyndon Dykes and Che Adams.

After 55 minutes, o strucked the second goal for Steve Clarke's team, assisted by Andrew Robertson. With 68 minutes on the clock, Che Adams was subbed.  Scott McTominay netted the last goal in the 90th minute from a corner. In the 90th minute, Billy Gilmour came on.

After the result Escócia is 2nd in the table, 23 points, while Israel occupy 3rd place, 16 points. Next up, Steve Clarke's team visit Ilhas Faroé, while Willi Ruttensteiner's team will play at home against Moldávia.
