West Ham defeated Tottenham, 3x4, on Monday, on to matchday 8 of the Premier League 2. Coming into the contest, Wayne Burnett 's team came from a defeat, and Dmitri Halajko's team came from two wins. Nile John made a great performance with 2 goals and 1 assist.
Pierre Ekwah opened the score after 7 minutes. With 10 minutes on the clock, Nile John struck for Tottenham. With 15 minutes on the clock, Alfie Devine scored the second goal for Wayne Burnett 's team, laid on by Nile John. In the 24th minute, Dan Chesters struck the second goal for West Ham, assisted by Keenan Forson. In an unfortunate moment Marqes Muir scored an own goal in the 26th minute. After 37 minutes, Nile John fired home for Tottenham, from the penalty spot.
