Darlington defeat Spennymoor Town

Darlington triumphed over Spennymoor Town in a close win on Saturday, 3x2, on to matchday 30 of the Vanarama National League North. In this competition, Alun Armstrong's team came from a defeat, and Jason Ainsley's team came from a win. Jacob Hazel was the star with 2 goals.

James Curtis opened the score with 10 minutes on the clock. In the 16th minute, Jack Lambert struck for Darlington. After 20 minutes, Jacob Hazel fired home Alun Armstrong's team second goal.

After the break, Darlington extended their lead with a goal from forward. After 75 minutes, Connor Shanks wrapped things up.
