Arsenal have landed French winger Nicolas Pepe from Lille for £72m.
The Frenchman has signed a five-year deal at the Emirates after completing a medical on Tuesday.
Pepe scored 22 goals, in addition to supplying 11 assists in Ligue 1 last term - becoming the first Lille player to score 20 league goals in a single campaign since Eden Hazard in 2011-12. He was also one of only three players to record 10+ goals and assists in the French top flight last season (along with Angel Di Maria and Memphis Depay).
"Being here is very emotional," said Pepe after his unveiling. "I have come a long way and struggled a lot and so signing for this great club is a big reward."
He becomes the fourth most expensive signing in Premier League history after Manchester United duo Paul Pogba (£89m) and Romelu Lukaku (£75m), and Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk (also £75m).
Pepe added: "It was important to make the right decision and I am convinced that Arsenal is the right choice."
