Arsenal have started a Premier League campaign with back-to-back wins for the first time in a decade - after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored their winner against Burnley.
French striker Alexandre Lacazette scored on his return from a spell out injured to put the Gunners ahead early on.
However, Burnley's Ashley Barnes levelled for the hosts on the stroke of half-time - clipping home from close range from Dwight McNeil's deflected pass to take his tally this season to three goals in two Premier League games.
Unai Emery started with £8m defender David Luiz and Real Madrid loanee Dani Ceballos for the first time this season and Ceballos played an instrumental role in the North Londoners' matchwinner on 64 minutes. The midfielder recovered the ball and fed Aubameyang who did the rest with a confident, low finish.
Burnley showed endeavour to try and respond for a second time, but were unable to ally their resilience to an end product.
