England Under-21 international Grady Diangana left West Ham for West Brom in the summer - and his loan spell at the Hawthorns is working out wonderfully so far.
Still only 21, Diangana made 21 appearances for the Hammers last season without establishing himself as a key member of Manuel Pellegrini's first-team squad.
Fast forward to 2019/20, however, and the winger - who was born in the Congo - is literally making a key contribution to the Baggies' promotion bid in the Championship.
So far this season, Diangana has played 32 accurate key passes in the second tier - more than any other player in the division. What makes the achievement all the more impressive is his key pass completion rate - which at 75% eclipses all other playmakers in his vicinity, in relation to this stat category.
Currently leading the Championship, West Brom missed the opportunity to streak away from the chasing pack last week. A 2-2 midweek draw with Barnsley was followed by another home draw, by the same scoreline, against Charlton at the weekend.
With Preston, Leeds and Swansea all breathing down the Baggies' necks, the season is entering a critical period - and the likes of Diangana will need to maintain their standards if Slaven Bilic's are to stay put at the top of the table.
