Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham is close to a move to Italy with José Mourinho’s Roma.
According to reports, Chelsea have accepted Roma's offer of £34million for the England international - but have included a buy-back clause as part of the deal.
Reports also suggest that Roma general manager Tiago Pinto is expected to arrive in London over the next 48 hours to get the transfer for the 23-year-old over the line.
Arsenal are also very interested in Abraham, but Chelsea's preference is to sell him to a foreign club, making a move to their London rivals less likely.
Abraham fell out of favour at Chelsea midway through last season, when Thomas Tuchel replaced Frank Lampard as head coach, and the imminent return of Romelu Lukaku to Stamford Bridge has diminished Abraham's hopes of playing a central role in Chelsea's 2021/22 campaign.
