The FA have announced that the game between Exeter City and Bradford City will be replayed.
Exeter's 3-0 win over Bradford was decided in extra time. By the time the 90 minutes were up Exeter had made all five substitutions legally possible. However, according to DevonLive, the officiating team had given confirmed to the Grecians' coaching staff they were allowed to make a further substitution. Matthew Taylor's team then brought on Josh Key for Sam Nombe at the start of extra-time.
After the game, the referee submitted an 'extraordinary incident report' about the extra Exeter change, which prompted the FA to investigate.
Today the FA have confirmed that based in the Professional Game Board guidance, the match 3-0 result is not allowed to stand, forcing a replay of the replayed game that will be played on Tuesday 30th November at St. James Park.
