AC Milan ended their 11-year wait to win their 19th Serie A title on Sunday after a 3-0 win away to Sassuolo.
The Rossoneri solved the problem in the first-half after former Arsenal and Chelsea player Olivier Giroud struck twice inside the opening 32 minutes.
Franck Kessie added a third before half time, with Rafael Leao being the star man with a hat-trick of assists.
In the second-half, Stefan Pioli's men controlled the game and held on to the 3-0 result.
The glory days are back to AC Milan with their 19th Scudetto of their history, after a tough period at the club.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was part of that last Milan side that won Serie A in 2010/11 and at the age of 40 he lifted the trophy with the club for a second time.
