If Erik ten Hag's charges negotiate their way past the Spanish side they will face either Juventus or Arsenal's conquerors Sporting Lisbon in the semi-finals.
In the other quarter-final ties, Roma will tackle Feyenoord, while Bayer Leverkusen meet Union Saint-Gilloise.
The first legs are scheduled to be played on 13 April, with the deciders on 20 April.

Hammers learn pathway to Conference League final
Meanwhile, West Ham have been drawn against Gent in the quarter-finals of the Europa Conference League.
The Londoners last clashed against their Belgian opponents back in the 1964-65 Cup Winners' Cup, which West Ham went on to win.
If David Moyes' side progress, they will face AZ Alkmaar or Anderlecht in the semi-finals.
