Giovani Lo Celso returns to Real Betis

Real Betis have confirmed the signing of Giovani Lo Celso from Tottenham on a four-year contract.

The midfielder returns to Betis, where he previously played during the 2018/19 season while on loan from Paris Saint-Germain.

During his previous spell with Betis, he enjoyed the best season of his career, directly contributing to 21 goals.

Last season, Lo Celso featured in 24 games, scoring twice and providing two assists.

The Argentine struggled with injuries and adapting to English football during his time at Tottenham, where he made 108 appearances since joining in 2019.
