Leeds United are resigned to letting star player Crysencio Summerville leave the club this season.

The Whites suffered a play-off defeat to Southampton at the weekend which means they will be staying in the Championship for at least another season.

The club will be likely to see a number of star players leave this season to balance the books.

One of those is one of the Championship's most outstanding players for the 2023/24 season, Crys Summerville – who was also named the top player in our own Playmaker 72.

Liverpool are the latest club to be linked to the forward who 21 goals and assisted 10 in 49 appearances across all competitions this season.

Chelsea, Newcastle United, and Aston Villa have also been linked with the player who is reportedly keen to push for a Premier League move this summer.

As a football fan, it's frustrating to see Leeds United let go of talented players like Crysencio Summerville. He was a standout player for them this season and it's disappointing to see him leave after their play-off defeat. Hopefully, they can find a way to keep him at the club.

As a football fan, it's devastating to hear that Leeds United will be losing such a talented player like Crysencio Summerville. He was a key player for the club and his departure will definitely leave a void in the team. Hoping that the club can find a suitable replacement and bounce back stronger next season!

As a Leeds fan, this news is disappointing but not unexpected. We've had a tough season and it's understandable that some players may want to leave. Crys Summerville has been a standout player and he deserves to play at the highest level.
