Leicester City defeat Arsenal

Leicester City edged out Arsenal in a win on Wednesday, 3x1, relating to matchday 31 of Premier League . Before this matchday, Leicester's team came from two defeats, and London's team came from a win.

Kelechi Iheanacho opened the score after 14 minutes, with a left-foot shot. In the 15th minute, Arsenal saw Dinos Mavropanos get a straight red card

After 53 minutes, Pierre Aubameyang fired home for London's team, with a left-foot strike inside the penalty area. With 76 minutes on the clock, Jamie Vardy scored the second goal for Leicester City, from the penalty spot. In the 90th minute, Riyad Mahrez netted the final goal of the game, with a left-foot shot, with Hamza Choudhury making the assist.

After the result Arsenal are 6th in the table, with 48 points, while Leicester City sit 7th place, with 43 points. In the next fixture, Claude Puel's team visit Tottenham, whilst Arsène Wenger's team will play away against Huddersfield Town.
