Goiás humble Brasiliense 

Goiás triumphed over Brasiliense in a win on Wednesday, 4x1, in a match relating to the Last 16 of Copa Verde. Na primeira mão as equipas tinham empatado, 0x0. Renatinho was the main player.

The first goal of the game was scored by Renatinho, with a right-foot strike inside the penalty box, after 39 minutes.  Goiás scored their second goal of the game through Marcinho, shortly before the interval, with a right-foot shot inside the penalty area. 

In the 60th minute, Lauro Martins's team extended their lead with a goal from Renatinho with a right-foot shot.  after 63 minutes, Badhuga fired home for Brasiliense, through a header inside the box. Renatinho completed the hat-trick, from the penalty spot, in the final minutes of the game.

With this result, Goiás are through to the next round of the competition. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Goiânia (GO)'s team visit Luverdense.
