Hertha BSC defeated by TSG Hoffenheim

TSG Hoffenheim defeated Hertha BSC, 2x3, on Saturday, in game related to round 9. In this competition, Berlin's team came from a draw, and Sinsheim's team came from two wins.

The opening goal was scored by Jurgen Locadia after 33 minutes, with a right-foot shot from outside the box. In the 38th minute, Andrej Kramaric fired home TSG Hoffenheim's second goal, from a corner, laid on by Robert Skov.

After 55 minutes, Dodi Lukebakio struck for Hertha BSC, assisted by Marius Wolf. In the 69th minute, Salomon Kalou strucked the second goal for Berlin's team, with a right-foot strike.  Benjamin Hubner netted the last goal with 79 minutes on the clock from a corner. After 84 minutes, Ante Covic's team saw Vladimír Darida get sent off due to accumulation of yellows.

After the result TSG Hoffenheim is 10th in the table, 14 points, while Hertha BSC occupy 11th place, 11 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Sinsheim's team will host SC Paderborn 07, whilst Berlin's team visit 1. FC Union Berlin.
