Hull City defeated at home against Peterborough United

Peterborough United triumphed over Hull City, 1x2, on Saturday, in the match for the 8th round. In this competition, Kingston Upon Hull's team came from two wins, and Peterborough's team came from four wins.

After 36 minutes, Mallik Wilks opened the scoring for Hull City, with a left-foot strike, assisted by Josh Magennis.

After 63 minutes, Jonson Clarke-Harris struck for Peterborough United, through a header inside the penalty area, after a pass from Joe Ward.  Siriki Dembélé netted the last goal with 75 minutes on the clock with a left-foot shot from outside the box.

After the result Peterborough United is 2nd in the table, 18 points, while Hull City occupy 3rd place, 18 points. In the next fixture, Peterborough's team will play at home against Burton Albion. Meanwhile, Kingston Upon Hull's team will play away against Bristol Rovers.
