Everton edged past Fulham

Everton beat Fulham, 2x3, on Sunday, in game related to round 9. In this competition, Scott Parker's team came from a defeat, and Carlo Ancelotti's team came from three defeats. Calvert-Lewin runned the show.

The opening goal was scored by Calvert-Lewin with 1 minutes on the clock, with a right-foot shot. In the 15th minute, Bobby Reid struck for Fulham, with a right-foot strike inside the box, assisted by Tom Cairney. In the 29th minute, Calvert-Lewin fired home Everton's second goal, with a left-foot shot, with Lucas Digne making the assist. After 35 minutes, Abdoulaye Doucouré struck for Carlo Ancelotti's team, through a header inside the box, assisted by Lucas Digne.

After 68 minutes, Ivan Cavaleiro had a golden chance to score but missed the penalty.  Loftus-Cheek netted the last goal with 70 minutes on the clock with a right-foot shot.

After the result Everton is 6th in the table, 16 points, while Fulham occupy 18th place, 4 points. In the next fixture, Liverpool's team will play at home against Leeds United, whilst London's team will play away against Leicester City.
