Fluminense overcame Grêmio in a win on Tuesday, 0x2, in a match relating to the Grp.A of Brasileiro Feminino Sub-18. Both Yurinha's team and Isaías Barbosa's team held their first game in the competition.
The first goal was scored by Carolina Valle with 17 minutes on the clock, with a left-foot strike inside the box. Tarciane netted the last goal after 41 minutes from a direct free kick.
In the next fixture, Fluminense will host São Paulo, whilst Grêmio visit Corinthians.
