Real Betis lose out to Sevilla

Sevilla overcame Real Betis, 0x2, on Sunday, in a game relating to matchweek 13. In this competition, Manuel Pellegrini's team came from a defeat, and Julen Lopetegui's team came from a win.

After 45 minutes, Real Betis saw Guido Rodríguez get sent off due to accumulation of yellows. The first-half ended without any goals.

The first goal of the game was scored by Marcos Acuña, with a left-foot strike from outside the penalty box, in the 55th minute. In an unlucky moment Héctor Bellerín scored an own goal with 81 minutes on the clock.

After the result Sevilla are 2nd in the table, with 28 points, while Real Betis sit 5th place, with 21 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Julen Lopetegui's team will host Alavés, while Manuel Pellegrini's team visit Elche.
