U18 Premier League: Blackburn Rovers stumble to defeat against Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest triumphed over Blackburn Rovers in a fantastic win on Saturday, 2x4, relating to matchweek 22 of the U18 Premier League. Coming into the contest, Ryan Kidd's team came from a defeat, and Tom Mallinson's team came from two draws. Connor Brown made a tremendous game.

The first goal was scored by Connor Brown with 37 minutes on the clock, from the penalty spot. In the 39th minute, Archie Whitehall scored the second goal for Nottingham Forest. Shortly before the interval, Dominik Biniek fired home for Blackburn Rovers.

In the 70th minute, Tom Mallinson's team saw Theo Robinson get a straight red card after 70 minutes, Dominik Biniek fired home Ryan Kidd's team second goal, from the penalty spot. After 76 minutes, Connor Brown struck for Nottingham Forest. Forward completed the hat-trick, in the final minutes of the game.

After the result Nottingham Forest are 7th in the table, with 25 points, while Blackburn Rovers sit 12th place, with 19 points. With regard to the next fixture, Tom Mallinson's team visit Newcastle, whilst Ryan Kidd's team will play away against Sunderland.
