Maccabi Haifa run out winners versus Crvena Zvezda

Maccabi Haifa overcame Crvena Zvezda in a close win on Wednesday, 3x2, in a match relating of the Champions League [Qualification]. Frantzdy Pierrot was the man of the match.

With 18 minutes on the clock, Frantzdy Pierrot opened the scoring for Maccabi Haifa. After 27 minutes, Aleksandar Pesic fired home for Crvena Zvezda, assisted by Aleksandar Katai. In the 40th minute, Guélor Kanga scored the second goal for Dejan Stankovic's team, laid on by Osman Bukari.

After 51 minutes, Frantzdy Pierrot struck the second goal for Barak Bakhar's team, laid on by Dolev Haziza. With this goal, Frantzdy Pierrot reached the 5th goal of the season. Tjaronn Chery netted the last goal after 61 minutes.
