Chelsea have secured their third consecutive Women's FA Cup title, with a 1-0 victory over Manchester United in front of a world-record crowd at Wembley Stadium.
The Blues had a narrow escape in the opening minutes when Ona Batlle scored from close range, but the goal was disallowed due to Ella Toone's offside position in the build-up.
Manchester United continued to press forward, and Chelsea goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger was called into action to deny Nikita Parris's curling shot in the 15th minute.
Ann-Katrin Berger was again on hand in the 32nd minute to make an incredible save, as Millie Turner's deflected shot was heading towards the net.
Emma Hayes' side had a chance to score four minutes before the break, but a looping header from Lauren James was tipped onto the post by Mary Earps, denying her former team a goal.
However, it was Pernille Harder's partnership with Sam Kerr that proved decisive in the second half, with the striker picking out Kerr's run to the back post in the 71st minute.
In added time, United had a chance as Berger made a mistake, but Galton couldn't take advantage, firing her shot through a sea of bodies.
Chelsea ended celebrating their third successive Women's FA Cup title and became the first side since Arsenal in 2008 to win three Women's FA Cups in a row.
Chelsea now turn their attention to the Women's Super League title race, with Manchester United currently one point clear at the top of the table, although Chelsea has a game in hand. The Blues will face West Ham United on Wednesday, while Manchester United will play Manchester City next Sunday.
