England eased past Luxembourg with a 7-0 victory at the Toughsheet Community Stadium in Bolton, keeping their hopes alive for qualifying in the European Under-21 Championship in 2025.
The first chance in the game came from Harvey Elliott, who tested Noah Scheidweiler with a sharp shot.
Shortly after, Jarell Quansah appeared to break the deadlock when he met Elliott's free kick, but his header narrowly missed the target.
However, England didn't have to wait long to take the lead after Noni Madueke calmly slotted the ball into the bottom corner 23 minutes into the game.
Just before half-time, Sam Iling-Junior doubled the lead with a powerful finish at the far post, capitalising on Archie Gray's excellent setup.
The momentum continued in the second half, and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens added a third goal after a seamless combination with Elliott, who continued to dictate play from the midfield.
The visitors nearly pulled one back when Fabio Lohei hit the crossbar from a difficult angle, but England remained in control.
Madueke extended the lead to four with a skillful turn and a precise left-footed shot into the corner.
Shortly after, Morgan Rogers, only seconds after stepping onto the pitch, found the net, finishing Madueke's pass.
The sixth goal arrived courtesy of Iling-Junior's header from Alex Scott's corner, and Rogers sealed the emphatic victory, rounding Scheidweiler before calmly slotting the ball into the empty net nine minutes from time.
