Lille with complete control

Lille crushed Nimes in a fantastic win on Sunday, 5x0, on matchweek 34. To this matchday, Christophe Galtier's team came from a draw, and Bernard Blaquart's team came from a win.

The first half came to an end without goals.

The first goal of the game was scored by Loic Rémy, with a right-foot strike, with 51 minutes on the clock.  after 64 minutes, Jonathan Bamba struck the second goal for Lille, through a header inside the box, after a pass from Youssouf Koné.  in the 70th minute, Zeki Celik doubled the lead for Christophe Galtier's team, with a right-foot shot inside the penalty area.  after 80 minutes, Lille's team increased their lead with a goal from Nicolas Pépé with a left-foot strike.  with 90 minutes on the clock, Rui Fonte scored the last goal of the match, assisted by Luiz Araújo.

After the result Lille are 2nd in the table, with 68 points, while Nimes sit 9th place, with 46 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Lille's team visit Lyon, while Nîmes's team will play away against Stade de Reims.
