Alcoyano wins and overtakes Laredo

Alcoyano edged out Laredo, 4x1, on Thursday, in a match relating of Copa del Rey. Both Vicente Parras's team and Manu Calleja's team held their first game in the competition.

 Jony Ñíguez opened the score after 6 minutes, from a corner. With 34 minutes on the clock, Morad Daoudi strucked the second goal for Alcoyano, with a left-foot shot. After 45 minutes, Nacho Altadill struck for Laredo, through a header inside the penalty area, with Diego Marta making the assist.

In the 50th minute, Juanan struck for Vicente Parras's team, with a right-foot shot inside the box, with Alberto Rubio making the assist.  Ángel López netted the last goal after 63 minutes from the penalty spot. In the 69th minute, Manu Calleja's team saw Felipe Peredo expelled with a direct red card

With this result, Alcoyano are into the next round of the competition. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Vicente Parras's team will host Huesca.
