Steaua Bucareste overcome Viking

Steaua Bucareste edged out Viking, 1x3, on Thursday, in a match relating of the Europe Conference League [Qualifiers]. Morten Jensen's team beat Anton Petrea's team, 2x1, in the first leg of the tie.

Early in the game, Malcom Edjouma opened the scoring for Steaua Bucareste, assisted by Andrei Cordea. After 26 minutes, Zlatko Tripic fired home for Viking, from the penalty spot.

After 54 minutes, Andrei Cordea struck the second goal for Anton Petrea's team. Risto Radunovic netted the last goal in time added on from the penalty spot.

Thanks to this result, Steaua Bucareste are through to the next round of the competition.
