Guaraní overcome Sportivo Ameliano

Guaraní edged out Sportivo Ameliano, 3x1, on Wednesday, in a match relating of the Copa Sudamericana. Both Hernán López's team and Humberto García's team held their first game in the competition.

Federico Santander opened the score with 45 minutes already played.

After the break, Blas Cáceres fired home for Sportivo Ameliano. Guaraní scored their second goal of the game through Hugo Dorrego, after 53 minutes. In the 60th minute, Enrique Borja scored the last goal of the match.

Thanks to this result, Guaraní are through to the next round of the competition.
