According to reports, Manchester United are eager to secure the services of Harry Kane, Declan Rice, and Mason Mount during the upcoming summer transfer window, as part of Erik ten Hag's efforts to transform the team into title contenders.
The primary focus for United lies in acquiring a center-forward, with Kane being the club's primary target. The England captain has impressively netted 28 goals in the league for Tottenham this season.
However, with only 12 months remaining on his contract, the 29-year-old has yet to win any major trophies in his career. Furthermore, Tottenham faces the possibility of missing out on European football for the upcoming season.
In addition to Kane, United has also expressed interest in securing the services of Rice and Mount. While it is deemed "unlikely" that the Red Devils will successfully sign all three players this summer, they have included them on their list of transfer targets.
Rice is expected to depart from the London Stadium after rejecting a contract extension, with an estimated value of £100 million placed on him.
In the latter hours of the day, United has emerged as the frontrunners in the pursuit of Mount, who currently plays for Chelsea. Similar to Kane, Mount will also have only one year remaining on his contract this summer.
