        Steve Evans quits Stevenage to return to Rotherham

        Rotherham United has appointed Stevenage manager Steve Evans as their new boss following the dismissal of Leam Richardson. 

        Richardson was let go by the Millers on Wednesday morning, after their relegation to League One.

        This marks Evans' return to Rotherham, where he previously served as manager from 2012 to 2015, guiding the team from League Two to the Championship during his initial tenure. 

        The Scottish manager, along with his assistant Paul Raynor, has signed a three-year contract with the club.

        Evans leaves Stevenage after a little over two years at the helm, during which he achieved promotion from League Two to League One last season and has been competing for a play-off spot this season, currently sitting 9th place in the league table.

        Excited to see Evans back at Rotherham! He did wonders for the team during his previous stint and I have no doubt he will bring success once again. Good luck to him and the Millers!

        As a football fan, I'm thrilled to see Steve Evans return to Rotherham United as their new manager. His previous success with the club and his recent achievements at Stevenage show that he has what it takes to lead the Millers back to the Championship. Excited to see what he can do with the team in the upcoming season!
