Estoril Praia defeated by FC Porto

FC Porto triumphed over Estoril Praia in a close win on Saturday, 1x2, relating to matchday 19 of Primeira Liga. In this competition, Pedro Gómez Carmona's team came from five defeats, and Dragões came from two wins. Dankler Pedreira was decisive with 1 goal.

Sub Jesús Corona, in the 66th minute, changed the course of the game. The first goal of the game was scored by André Silva, from the penalty spot, in the 82nd minute.  after 89 minutes, Estoril Praia saw Oumar Diakhité get sent off due to accumulation of yellows. In the final minutes of the game, Jesús Corona fired home FC Porto second goal, with a left-foot shot inside the box, with André Silva making the assist. Dankler Pedreira netted the last goal in stoppage time.

After the result FC Porto are 2nd in the table, with 44 points, while Estoril Praia sit 16th place, with 15 points. In their next fixture, Nuno Espírito Santo's team will play at home against Sporting, whilst Pedro Gómez Carmona's team visit SC Braga.
