Monaco defeat Lille

Monaco beat Lille, 4x0, on Sunday, on matchday 37. To this matchday, Monaco's team came from three wins, and Lille's team came from a defeat. Radamel Falcao with a superb display.

The first goal was scored by Radamel Falcao with 6 minutes on the clock, through a header. After 45 minutes, Bernardo Silva scored the second goal for Monaco, with a left-foot strike inside the penalty area, with Kylian Mbappé making the assist.

In the 69th minute, Radamel Falcao doubled the lead for Leonardo Jardim's team, with a left-foot shot inside the box. With this goal, Radamel Falcao recorded his thirty goal this season.  In a very unlucky moment, Júnior Alonso scored an own-goal in the closing stages of the game.

After the result Monaco are 1st in the table, with 92 points, while Lille sit 12th place, with 43 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Leonardo Jardim's team will play at home against Saint-Étienne. Meanwhile, Franck Passi's team will host Nantes.
