Red Bull Brasil overcome Mirassol

Red Bull Brasil triumphed over Mirassol, 2x3, on Sunday, in a match relating to the quarter-finals of Copa Paulista.

After 14 minutes, Carlão opened the scoring for Mirassol.  with 16 minutes on the clock, Gabriel Leite struck for Red Bull Brasil.

After 55 minutes, Jardisson struck the second goal for Mirassol (SP)'s team.  Sub Éder, after 60 minutes, changed the course of the game. In the 63rd minute, midfielder fired home Campinas (SP)'s team second goal. Léo Castro scored the winning goal after 78 minutes. It was his 25th goal of the season. In stoppage time, Antônio Zago's team saw Claudinho get a straight red card deep into added time, Éder left his team with 10-man, after seeing a direct red card. In time added on, Moisés Egert's team saw Riccieli get a straight red card

With this result, Red Bull Brasil are through to the next round of the competition. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Antônio Zago's team will host Ferroviária.
