Desna triumphed over PFC Oleksandriya, 0x3, on Saturday, in the 5th round. Before this Matchday, Volodymyr Sharan's team came from two wins, and Oleksandr Ryabokon's team came from a draw.
The first-half ended without any goals.
After the break, PFC Oleksandriya saw Denis Miroshnichenko get sent off due to accumulation of yellows. The first goal was scored by Denys Favorov with 50 minutes on the clock, from the penalty spot. After 69 minutes, Orest Kuzyk fired home Desna's second goal. Aleksandr Fillipov netted the last goal in the 90th minute.
After the result Desna is 3rd in the table, 10 points, while PFC Oleksandriya occupy 8th place, 6 points. In the next fixture, Oleksandr Ryabokon's team will host Karpaty, whilst Volodymyr Sharan's team visit Vorskla.
