Qual. Euro U21: Noruega defeated at home against Portugal

Portugal beat Noruega, 2x3, on Tuesday, in a match relating to the Grp.7 of Qual. Euro U21. In this competition, Leif Smerud's team came from a win, and portugueses came from a defeat. Lars Larsen was decisive with 1 goal.

The first goal was scored by Fábio Vieira early on, with a left-foot shot inside the box. After 20 minutes, Jota fired home Portugal's second goal, with a right-foot shot, laid on by Rafael Leão. With 32 minutes on the clock, Rui Jorge's team saw Diogo Queirós get sent off due to accumulation of yellows.

In the 78th minute, Florentino Luís struck for Portugal's national team, through a header inside the penalty area, after a pass from Fábio Vieira. With 83 minutes on the clock, Kristian Thorstvedt struck for Noruega, from the penalty spot.  Lars Larsen netted the last goal after 90 minutes with a right-foot strike.

In their next fixture, Portugal visit Chipre, while Noruega will host Gibraltar.
