Benfica beat SC Braga in a close win on Wednesday, 2x1, in a match relating to the Last 16 of Taça de Portugal.
In a very unlucky moment, Ferro scored an own-goal after 14 minutes. After 19 minutes, Pizzi struck for Benfica, with a right-foot shot from outside the penalty box, laid on by Carlos Vinícius.
O netted the last goal in the 62nd minute with a left-foot shot. With this goal, o reached the 15th goal of the season.
Thanks to this result, Benfica are through to the next round of the competition. With regard to the next fixture, Bruno Lage's team will host Rio Ave.
