NAC Breda defeated AZ Alkmaar B by 3x1

NAC Breda beat AZ Alkmaar B, 3x1, on Friday, in the 22nd round. To this Matchday, Breda's team came from a draw, and Alkmaar's team came from a win. Arno Verschueren made a tremendous game.

The first half came to an end without goals.

After 57 minutes, Arno Verschueren opened the scoring for NAC Breda. With 66 minutes on the clock, i fired home Breda's team's second goal, laid on by Luka Ilic. In the 72nd minute, Huseyin Dogan struck for WIllem Weijs's team, assisted by Robin Schouten.  Joerie Church netted the last goal after 86 minutes.

After the result NAC Breda is 5th in the table, 38 points, while AZ Alkmaar B occupy 14th place, 23 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, WIllem Weijs's team visit Go Ahead Eagles, whilst Michel Vonk's team will play away against Den Bosch.
