Swansea City edged past Watford

Swansea City triumphed over Watford, 2x1, on Saturday, on matchday 23. Before this Matchday, Swansea's team came from a draw, and Watford's team came from a win. Jamal Lowe runned the show.

After 20 minutes, Tom Cleverley opened the scoring for Watford, with a right-foot strike from outside the box, after a pass from Andre Gray. Shortly before the interval, Jamal Lowe struck for Swansea City, with a right-foot shot, with Korey Smith making the assist.

 Jamal Lowe netted the last goal with 67 minutes on the clock through a header. In the 85th minute, Morgan Gibbs-White came on.

After the result Swansea City is 3rd in the table, 43 points, while Watford occupy 6th place, 38 points. Next up, Steve Cooper's team will play away against Barnsley, while Xisco Muñoz's team will play at home against Huddersfield Town.
