Queen of the South defeated by Alloa

Alloa triumphed over Queen of the South in a close win on Saturday, 2x1, on matchday 15. To this Matchday, Alloa's team came from two defeats, and Dumfries's team came from a win. In the starting XI there was Steven Hetherington, Ayo Obileye, Dan Pybus and Isaiah Jones. Jordan Wright didn't leave the bench.

 Isaiah Jones opened the score in the 8th minute. After 23 minutes, Andy Graham struck for Alloa, laid on by Innes Cameron.

 Kevin Cawley netted the last goal with 61 minutes on the clock.

After the result Queen of the South is 8th in the table, 17 points, while Alloa occupy 10th place, 12 points. With regard to their next fixture, Alloa's team will host Arbroath, while Dumfries's team will host Hearts.
