Dajaune Brown was Gateshead's hero as 'The Heed' beat Solihull Moors via penalties to lift the FA Trophy - which marked the West Midlands club's second shoot-out defeat at Wembley inside a week.
Teenage winger Brown, on loan from Derby County, equalised for Gateshead in extra time to take the game to spot-kicks - and last season's beaten finalists prevailed 5-4 on penalties.
The defeat was a bitter pill to swallow for a Solihull side that missed out on promotion to the EFL last weekend when Bromley beat them on penalties to secure safe passage out of the National League.
It was another afternoon of misfortune for Solihull's Tyrese Shade and Joss Labadie, the pair again missing from the spot against Gateshead having missed from 12 yards in the play-off final against Bromley.
