Chelsea in complete control

Chelsea overcame Tottenham in a win on Sunday, 0x3, on matchday 5. To this matchweek, Nuno Espírito Santo's team came from a defeat, and blues came from a win.

The first half came to an end without goals.

Sub N´Golo Kanté, after the break, changed the course of the game. Thiago Silva opened the score after 49 minutes, through a header. After 57 minutes, N´Golo Kanté struck the second goal for Chelsea, with a right-foot shot from outside the penalty box, with Mateo Kovacic making the assist. Antonio Rudiger netted the last goal in the closing stages of the game from a corner.

After the result Chelsea are 1st in the table, with 13 points, while Tottenham sit 7th place, with 9 points. In the next fixture, blues will play at home against Manchester City, whilst Nuno Espírito Santo's team will play away against Arsenal.
